The Beginning of SpiritLynk
The name SpiritLynk came into being in 2012. It started as a WhatsApp group of a few colleagues where biblical sermons, quotations and other inspirational materials were often shared.
From a Simple Beginning
The history of SpiritLynk Outreach Mission is a journey of growth from a small fellowship of colleagues sharing biblical encouragement to an evangelical mission committed to reaching people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
2016
SpiritLynk Outreach Mission
In 2016, the founder decided to progress further by developing SpiritLynk into an evangelical mission to reach out to lost souls. This became SpiritLynk Outreach Mission.
2018
The First Outreach Campaigns
In 2018, SpiritLynk Outreach Mission began its first outreach campaign at Flamingo traffic light junction with one PA system. From there, the outreach proceeded to Tetegu Old Town Taxi Rank, then to Tetegu Junction in front of the police barrier, and later moved back to Wesley Grammar Junction, Dansoman.
2020
The First Sunday Service
In 2020, after the lockdown, SpiritLynk Outreach Mission started its first Sunday service in the hall of the founder with two members — a husband and wife.
Christ for All Flesh
From its early beginnings, SpiritLynk Outreach Mission has carried a commitment to reaching people with the gospel and making Christ known through the power of the Holy Spirit.
