To cultivate and empower leadership spirit in people by discovering and harnessing their God giving gifts and talents.
To partner with churches or people by providing counsel, resource and/or training of qualified personnel for starting new churches
To provide assistance to existing churches or ministers in variety of avenues to function as a spiritually healthy and vibrant body of believers
To serve churches through ministries of evangelism, leadership training and counsel for the equipping of a growing, reproducing body of believers.
To encourage each church to become and remain an interdependent biblical-minded church.
